Hanging at the hotel

Mommy and Daddy checked into their hotel for tonight, New Year's Eve. Yeah, it's nothing fancy, just the Fairfield Inn in St. Charles...woo-hoo!! Heck, they are excited to just have a night away. Thanks to Grandma and Papa for having us for a sleep-over. We love you guys!

This morning we went to check out Auntie Dem's new basement. It was so much fun! Mia had all her toys down there and we played forever! Check us out in our dress up clothes!

Busy Saturday!

On Saturday we met Grandma, Papa, Abbey, Lucy and Angela at the mall. Thanks to Grandma and Papa, we got new pictures taken and while we were there, we got to ride the carousel. Later that day we went to Papa's birthday party. Check us out in the pool! We had so much fun putting our jammies on and celebrating with everyone!

Pajama Storytime with Cordoroy

We had a busy night yesterday. We went to the Geneva Commons Mall to see Santa light the tree, then we went to dinner with Uncle Richie, Aunt Cathy and Angela, and finally, we went to the bookstore for pajama storytime with Cordoroy.

Halloween 2009

What a great Halloween this year! We went as Mickey and Minnie and had a blast. We started off by surprising Grandma at work and showing her our cool costumes. Then we went to the Geneva Commons Mall. Aunt Cathy, Angela, Amanda and Autumn came to trick or treat with us. Then we went to Aunt Becki's house and around her street. Finally we went and surprised Papa at his house, had some candy, some dinner and got our jammies on. Phew, what a day but we wanted to make sure everyone got to see how cute we looked.

Catching Up

It's been awhile since we have had any posts (a certain aunt whose name rhymes with Smecki said we needed to get back on here, ha!), so here you go =)

Thank goodness for cousin Angela!! On Columbus Day she came over to play with us while Mommy worked. She is the best!

Mommy had her 20 year high school reunion (I know, she doesn't look that old, does she....okay, she paid us to say that). Her and Daddy got to stay at a cool hotel and it had this giant tub. We wished we could have stayed too but we got a fun sleepover at Grandma and Papa's house!

Track and Field

Every Tuesday, Daddy takes me to Sports Class. Today we did "Track and Field" and I was the fastest!!!!

Who knew the doctor's office was so much fun??

Well, not really, but it looks like we are happy here, huh? We had to both go in to make sure Paxson's ear infection was better and that I wasn't catching anything. Hey, as long as I have a lollipop, I'm good, it doesn't bother me. Now Paxson on the other hand, he isn't a fan.

Fun filled Saturday!

Yesterday was a great day! It started with gymnastic for Larkin (and her friend Mia), then we all went to lunch (with Mia and Auntie Dem), then we went to the sample store (Costco), then after naps we met Grandma, Papa, Auntie Dem and Mia down at Festival of the Vine. Phew, I'm exhausted just remembering all of that. We ate some yummy food while Mommy, Daddy, Grandma and Papa enjoyed the other part of the festival...the wine! They had a live band and we all danced and ran around. Check me out jumping and running and jumping and running...well, you get the idea. We were so wiped out, which was great because, here's the best part...it was our very first sleep over at Grandma and Papa's house. We got in our jammies, sat and watched a movie on the sofa bed, and then we got into our special beds at Grandma's and were out. Grandma and Papa said we were such good boys and girls. I can't wait to sleep over again =)

Sidewalk Chalk

Today was our friend Ms. Rebecca's last day, we were so sad to see her go. She comes to play with us on Tuesday mornings while Mommy and Daddy work. She has been so much fun! Today she brought us stickers and this awesome sidewalk chalk. We got to go outside and write all over the driveway!

Day Out With Thomas

On Saturday we went to see Thomas, the REAL Thomas the train. We even got to ride him. It was so much fun. We met our friends Tim, Carrie, Nathan and Nolan. We made a vacation out of it and even spent the night at the CoCo Key Water Resort in Rockford. We can't wait to go back!

Last night was movie night (meaning no bath), so we picked Barney Imagine, cuddled up together and enjoyed the show!

Touch a Truck

Today we went to the Touch a Truck show. It was so cool, well at least I thought it was. Larkin was scared of the loud horns so Mommy took her back to the car and she watched a movie. In the meantime, Daddy and I played on the firetruck, the monster truck, the mail truck and even a school bus. I LOVE school buses!

Outdoor Fun

One of the many benefits of being a twin is Mommy's club for Mommy's of Twins. She can get all this cool stuff from other Mommies of twins for a bargain! This weekend we got a car and a jeep. As we were trying them out, all the planes kept flying right over us. We pointed them all out and even waved to them (they are really that low that they could probably see us waving...it's kinda scary).
