Morten Arboretum

We had a great Labor Day at the Morten Arboretum with Grandma and Papa. Check us out in the stream, we got to climb on these huge rocks.

First Day of Ballet

Don't you love my new tutu?? Grandma bought it for me from the American Girl Store!

Home Depot Day!

We found out that the first Saturday of every month is kid's building day at Home Depot. This was our first trip and we got to make these cool football tables. We also got these "manly" builder's aprons and every time we finish a project we get a new pin to put on it. We can't wait until October when we get to build fire trucks!!

Why Do Birds.....

This is the song Mommy sings to us every night at bedtime. I sound pretty good, huh? In case you don't know, it's "Close To You" by the Carpenters. She used to sing it to us when we were in her belly.

Grandma/Papa Day!

Every Thursday is Grandma/Papa day and we love it! They come over to play with us while Mommy and Daddy go to work. Here we are having some cheese and apple sauce downtown Geneva and then we went to their house to play in the dirt!!

Amanda's Wedding

Check out how cute we look at our cousin Amanda's wedding. We had such a great time and danced the night away! Well, I danced with Mommy all night and Paxson would only dance with Grandma =)

Play for Maeve 2010

Every year we go to "Play for Maeve" in honor of Maeve McNicholas who's life was cut short in 2004 by a brain tumor at the age of 2 1/2. Her Mommy Denise is one of Mommy's good friends from college and we want to do all we can to show our support. It is always such a wonderful, memorable day. They have a great park, a sprinkler to run through, kids games, jumpy castles and check me out on the huge inflatable slide. Paxson did this about 20 times, he couldn't get enough!!

Everyone, kiss your children every single day and no matter what life brings you, as hard as it may seem, tell them you love them and show it! Life is too precious and so are our children!
