It's The Little Things In Life

After yesterday's historical election, we are so proud to be little Americans!! We look forward to Mr. Obama creating a wonderful country for us to grow up in. Today we decided to just list some of the "little things in life" that make us happy =)

- Seeing a choo-choo
- Hearing the garage door and knowing it's Daddy
- Watching out the window for Grandma and Papa's car
- Max and Ruby
- Our Rachel blankets
- Snuggling with Mommy and Daddy first thing in the morning
- "Swimming" in the bath tub
- The Wormen Polka song (over and over and over again)
- Wednesdays with Grandma and Papa
- Cheese
- The laundry basket
- Balloons
- Grandma and Papa's slide
- Watching the planes fly over our house
- Going from the big chair to the brown ottoman to Daddy's chair and back
- Rescue Pack

We have so many things, we could go on forever!!

Mommy and Daddy wanted to list a special little thing....Papa fixing our facets so they don't spray all over. That is just the best and he surprises us with it - Papa you rock!

We love all of you! Have a great day and go OBAMA!!

Happy Halloween

So we were supposed to be Luke and Leia, but Larkin (of course) didn't want to wear her costume. We were able to at least get her to wear the hair buns. Don't we look cute?

We started off our trick or treating at Grandma and Papa's house. We had to show them how cool we looked. We then came back home and got in the wagon for our neighborhood. Ms. Terry and Ms. Cricket got us our cool Elmo baskets, so we brought them each a flower. Take a look at what Ms. Terry got for Mommy and Daddy!!

Have a great weekend.

Love,

Larki and P

These are not the droids you are looking for...

Okay, I know Obi Won said that but it looks like I'm using the force on you, right? We went trick or treating at the Geneva Commons today. I was Luke Skywalker (in his X-Wing Fighter Pilot uniform). Larkin was supposed to be Princess Leia (get it, my twin sister), but she threw a fit and wouldn't wear the outfit. So, she wore her dress up tutu over her Dora jacket and my camouflage ski hat...yeah, I know, she's nuts =)

I don't know if we will wear these on the actual Halloween..I heard Mommy and Daddy saying lots of words while they were trying to get us dressed...they were words we're not supposed to say.

May the Force Be With You!

Happy Anniversary Mommy and Daddy...sort of...

Last Wednesday was Mommy and Daddy's 4th wedding anniversary. They had a great night planned at the Herrington. Here's some pictures from their beautiful room. Grandma and Papa came over and stayed with us. We were so good for them and went right to bed. That's when it all started. We both decided to get sick and cry all night long. Thank goodness for Grandma and Papa, they were so patient with us. We feel so safe with them that we finally went back to sleep. Unfortunately, Paxson had a fever the next day so he couldn't go to school. That means Mommy and Daddy's day off after their night away was spent taking care of a sick baby. Oh well, they still had a great night away, check out this bathtub in their room!!

Thanks again Grandma and Papa for watching us...we love you!!

Finally, here I am acting like a girly girl...I have a tutu on and giving my cheesy smile. Mommy got this for me yesterday and I had to dance in it all day today. I also have on my cool pink fuzzy vest from Aunt V...love ya Aunt V!!!

Here's to everyone letting their inner diva out!
